Founding venues wanted
Serva's brand new, and the first three venues get the whole lot - full Venue Pro, £0 for your first three months, with setup done for you. The honest deal: you're trying things first, so there'll be the odd snag - and fixing them fast for you is exactly the arrangement. Your feedback shapes the product, and your first three months are on us. After that it's standard pricing, and we'll be in touch before then to sort your plan.
🔒 Lock in the early-bird rate
These are introductory rates because Serva's new and we'll raise standard prices later. Here's the promise: take an early-bird rate on the Venue or Venue Pro plan and it's yours for as long as you stay subscribed - when standard prices go up, you keep yours. No countdown, no "ends Friday". (The Free tier's always free, and Event is priced per event, so there's nothing to lock there.)

All prices in GBP, and we're not VAT registered so there's nothing added on top. Rolling monthly plans have a three-month minimum; annual plans run their year. The free tier is genuinely free for working venues - it's how Serva shows off. Running a one-off party or festival? That's what the Event plan is for.

Pricing questions
What does early-bird pricing mean?
Serva's new, so the rates on this page are introductory. Take one and it's yours for as long as you stay subscribed - when we put standard prices up later, you keep the rate you started on. No countdown, no deadline. It applies to the monthly Venue and Venue Pro plans; the Free tier is always free and Event is priced per event.
What's the difference between annual and rolling?
Annual plans are cheaper per month - you pay for the year up front and it runs its year. Rolling plans are paid monthly with a three-month minimum, then cancel any time. Venue is £19/mo annual or £25/mo rolling; Venue Pro is £39/mo annual or £49/mo rolling.
Do you add VAT?
No. We're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that ever changes we'll say so here and show VAT at the point of payment.
What happens after my event ends?
Nothing vanishes. Once the event date passes, the board stays up on free-tier features - your drinks stay visible, the paid extras like the quiz, insights and CRM export switch off until you book again. Your post-event report and consented sign-ups are handed over while the plan's still active.
Can I move up or down a plan?
Any time. Start free, move to Venue when your line-up outgrows 10 drinks, step up to Pro for the quiz, rounds and insights. Your data comes with you and nothing's deleted when a plan changes.
