Pubs with rotating lines

The chalkboard that updates itself (and fits in every pocket)

If your lines rotate, your menu lies. The print is out of date by Thursday and the chalkboard's only accurate if someone remembers the chalk. Serva is the board that's always right: guests scan a QR on the table, the pump clip or the door of the gents, and see exactly what's pouring right now.

Staff keep it honest with one tap

Cask goes? Tap. New keg on? Tap. Every phone in the room updates itself.

Regulars become a mailing list

"New stout's on Friday" lands in inboxes that asked for it. Consented, GDPR-tidy, yours - not an ad network's.

Ratings that tell you what to reorder

Your guests quietly vote with the stars. The Owner Insights page tells you what flew, what died, and when it got busy - in plain English, on your phone.

Quiz night, without the arguing

Auto-marked rounds, a live leaderboard, a winner code your staff redeem at the bar. Runs itself while you pull pints. See how the quiz works.

Start free, honestly free

Up to 10 drinks, no card, no expiry for working pubs. When the line-up outgrows it, Venue is £19 a month billed annually.

Fair questions

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Type or paste your list, print the QR that's generated for you, done.

Do guests need an app?

No. Scan, look, that's it. It even keeps working through thick stone walls with no signal.

What's the catch with free?

None, though a board left idle for a fortnight has a nap until someone signs back in, and it's capped at 2,500 guest visits a month. Working pubs rarely hit either.

Can I put my own branding on it?

On Venue Pro, yes - your colours, your logo, no Serva footer.
