Guests scan one QR code and Serva shows them exactly what's pouring right now - rate drinks, build a round, play the quiz, join your mailing list. No app to download. And it keeps working when the signal doesn't.
No installers, no tablets to buy, no training day. If you can type your beer list, you can run Serva.
Type them in or paste a list. Prices, styles, tasting notes - as much or as little as you like.
It's generated for you. Stick it on tables, pump clips, the door of the gents - anywhere.
That's it. A live board in every pocket, and staff update availability with one tap.
Ten seconds a question, marked by Serva (no arguing), a live leaderboard, and a winner code your staff redeem at the bar. Set it to run hourly with prizes on the hour - brilliant for day and weekend festivals.
Groups build their order as they browse, then flip to Bar View - huge, legible, sorted - and show it at the bar. No more "two of the... the number 12 one? And something for Dave."
Visits by hour, most-viewed drinks, best-rated pours, cask movement and mailing-list growth - in plain English, on your phone, without opening a spreadsheet.
Marquees, cellars, fields in North Yorkshire - Serva is built for places where signal goes to die. Once a guest has the board, it stays working with no connection at all.
A live Serva board for a made-up pub, running on the same engine as the real ones. Filter it, rate something, build a round.
It's a shared demo - be nice. Your venue gets its own, in its own colours.
No card to start. No installers. Cancel the free tier whenever; rolling plans just ask for their first three months, and annual plans run their year.
Serva is brand new, and the first three venues get the whole lot - full Venue Pro, £0 for your first three months, with setup done for you. The honest deal: you're trying things first, so there'll be the odd snag - and fixing them fast for you is exactly the arrangement. Your feedback shapes the product, and your first three months are on us. After that it's standard pricing - we'll be in touch before then to sort your plan, and you can walk away freely.
All prices in GBP. Rolling monthly plans have a three-month minimum. The free tier is genuinely free for working venues - it's how Serva shows off. Running a one-off party or festival? That's what the Event plan is for.
Bespoke Serva builds for venues, festivals, breweries and event organisers. We'll sit down with you, agree the scope, and usually have something working to show you within days - not months. A few of the things we can bolt on:
Leave your details and we'll be in touch about getting your Serva board set up. Festival committees and CAMRA branches especially welcome. Questions? Pop them in a note - this is also the way to reach us.
🍺 Lovely. We'll be in touch soon.
We'll email you about Serva. Nothing else, ever, and never anyone else. Full details in our privacy notice.
Yes. Once a guest has opened the board, everything keeps working offline - browsing, ratings, rounds, sign-ups. Their phone quietly sends everything when signal returns. Staff toggles queue the same way.
You do. Sign-ups are collected with explicit consent under GDPR and stored for your venue only. On Venue Pro and Event plans, export is one tap in your admin panel; on any other plan, just ask and we'll send you your venue's data within 14 days. We never sell, share or even peek at it for anyone else.
Nothing. The free tier needs no card and has no expiry date for working venues - though a board left with no staff activity for a fortnight has a nap until someone signs back in. If your line-up outgrows 10 drinks or you want the quiz and round builder, upgrade then. And if a free board gets properly popular - past 2,500 guest visits in a month - it takes a breather until the 1st. Upgrading lifts the cap. One-off parties and festivals belong on the Event plan.
Honestly, minutes. Type or paste your drinks list, print the QR that's generated for you, done. For the £99 done-for-you option we load everything, match your branding and send you print-ready QR assets.
Yes - annual plans run their year, rolling plans have a three-month minimum, and the free tier is yours for as long as you're using it. Your data exports whenever you want it.
